I have been looking for a new wrist watch (don’t quite have the bank balance for a Cartier or Louis Vuitton!) and have been trawling through the internet to find something cute and sexy. I was interested to read this post on exactly where our spending dollars are going when we purchase designer watches: http://amatorywatches.wordpress.com/2008/05/12/celebrity-watch-endorsers/ I think if the fashion companies spent less money on paying celebrities to endorse their brands and pose for their catalogues and runways, their clothes would be a lot less expensive and heaps more accessible. But would we really want to wear them then? Opinions please! Best - April
